CalExotics Moves to New, Streamlined Building

LOS ANGELES — CalExotics has completed its move to a state-of-the-art facility and larger, open office space, which according to the company, allows for more team co-working and collaboration.

Susan Colvin, president and CEO of California Exotic Novelties, says, “Our new building is to die for! We’ve already welcomed several guests to this magnificent modern space. We have two gorgeous showrooms, one for California Exotic Novelties and one for JOPEN. We’ve expanded our art department and they have an open creative area where they can collaborate with our product development teams. Our new home has a new look and feel and the exciting part is; there is still more to come!”

CalExotics’ new headquarters features elements of art deco, plus it boasts open spaces, and expansive glass windows.

Coyote Days, product and purchasing manager for Good Vibrations, says, “The new California Exotic Novelties headquarters is amazing! During my recent visit I was overwhelmed by how large and streamlined their warehouse is as well as their stunning new office space. Congrats to Susan and company for what must have been quite an undertaking. It's gorgeous!”

California Exotic Novelties’ sales team has a large, open office concept where the staff can work together on projects. The new headquarters also features a foyer with a fountain and seating area plus an illuminated California Exotic Novelties sign that hangs on a central wall. A balcony overhead is open to the second story of the building.

Newly expanded marketing departments, along with sales, art, accounting, shipping, purchasing, and other departments, have conference areas to brainstorm together, the company says.

George Williams, vice president of merchandising and inventory management of Peekay, says, “I had a great and productive visit as usual with our partners at California Exotic Novelties. I was so happy to be one of the first to visit the new facilities in Ontario. Congratulations to Susan, you and your team have created a truly beautiful and efficient environment that will not doubt support the mutual growth of our businesses. Thanks for spending time with me and the informative tour. It was great meeting so many of the CalExotics’ team!"

Jackie White, vice president of California Exotic Novelties, adds, “Our new building rocks! The inviting floorplan and new offices are fantastic. We’re really looking forward to the ANME Show in July so we can have more customers visit.”

California Exotic Novelties’ new physical address is 1455 E. Francis Street, Ontario, California 91761. The new mailing address is P.O. Box 50400, Ontario, California 91761.
